You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through the RentaHatch Learning platform without prior written permission from RentaHatch.
• Use of Content: Course content is provided for personal educational purposes only. You may download and use materials as instructed within the course for your own learning but may not share, resell, or redistribute content in any form.
5. Payments and Refunds
• Payment Terms: All courses are subject to a fee unless marked as free, which must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made through the payment methods provided on our platform.
• Refund Policy: Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, as detailed in our Refund Policy with a deduction of a 5% cancellation fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of signup.
6. User Conduct
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm the RentaHatch Learning platform or its users, including but not limited to hacking, spreading viruses, or engaging in any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Respectful Interaction: Users are expected to interact respectfully with instructors, staff, and other users. Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of access to the platform without refund.
7. Termination
RentaHatch reserves the right to terminate your access to the learning platform at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
• No Warranty: The RentaHatch Learning platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. RentaHatch makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s operation, availability, or the accuracy of the course content.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentaHatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the learning platform, even if RentaHatch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
RentaHatch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the RentaHatch Learning platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
