If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our order policy on rescheduling, refunds, and returns. The following terms are applicable for any goods and services that you purchased with us.

Interpretation
The words with initial letters capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Order Policy:
- Company (referred to as either āthe Companyā, āWeā, āUsā, āOurā in this Agreement) refers to Undique LLC, 26 Blossom Drive, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Return Date refers to the date you return the Goods to one of our locations or another location (as agreed by the parties).
- Service refers to the Website.
- Start Date refers to the date you pick up the Goods from one of our locations or via other delivery means (as agreed by the parties).
- Website refers to RentaHatch Hatch@Home, accessible from

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Rescheduling and Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to reschedule your Order Start Date up until 7 days prior to your scheduled Start Date based on availability in each location for rental kits, we try to accommodate your requests for rescheduling but can’t guarantee any specific dates are available in such a scenario.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is prior to any payment received by us confirming your Order. Once your Order is confirmed, any cancellation of your Order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees.
No refunds will be issued for Orders where the Start Date has begun.
In order to exercise your right of reschedule or cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by visiting this page on our website and send us a email: https://rentahatch.com/contact
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.
A 5% reimbursement fee will be applied, you have the option to choose to receive a gift card which is valid for 1 year instead of occuring a cancelation or reimbursement fee.
Hatching
We do not guarantee that every egg will hatch. Hatching rates are typically between 75% and 80%. It is also typical for a chick or two to die within the first few days after hatching. We will not refund nor replace eggs that didnāt hatch or chicks that die. We will not reimburse nor otherwise authorize any veterinary costs incurred by you during the hatching process or keeping of chicks. We are here to support to you all the way, if there is an emergency, contact us and stay calm. We have done this hundreds time. Remember, its nature we are dealing with.
Hatching Kit Rental
Your Hatching Kit Rental includes all equipment necessary to hatch and keep chicks for up to 7 days from the date the first chick is hatched. You are responsible for, at your own expense, any additional equipment including feed that you may require during the hatching and 7-day keeping process.
Your Order Return Requirements
You are required to return Goods by the provided Return Date as specified in your Order. Late returns will be subject to a late fee of $100 per week (not prorated). You agree you will return the Goods, including live chicks (unless you choose to keep them) if purchasing the Chick Rental Kit, in the same good condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted, and to repair and replace lost, stolen, damaged, or broken Goods or to reimburse us for said Goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us to the same location as pick up(or alternative location as agreed between the parties).
Keeping Chicks
If you wish to keep your chicks from the Hatching Kit Rental, you need to purchase all necessary equipment to sufficiently house, feed, and keep your chicks and are responsible for this cost going forward. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your yard meets any local/county/community regulations regarding the keeping of chickens or quail on your property.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed for any of our services and products. Unused balances will not be refunded or credited after the expiration date.

Waiver and Release
In consideration of the Company providing you these Goods, you specifically release and forever discharge the Company and its partner companies, contractors, locations, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability or claims for mental illness, injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property or persons which you may suffer while using these Goods and participating in its activity. This discharge specifically includes, but is not limited to, liability or claims for injury, illness, death,mental distress or damage caused by the negligence of the Company or its officers, agents, or employees. It is your intent by the Waiver and Release Agreement to release the Company and hold it harmless from all liability for any such property loss or damage, personal injury, or loss of life, whether caused by negligence or whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory.
Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that purchasing these Goods and participating in its specific recreation exposes you to many hazards and entails unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to severe sickness), and loss of or damage to property. You choose to participate in purchasing these Goods and participating in its use in spite of these risks and hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and loss of or damage to property. You understand the inherent risk involved in using these Goods, and accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result, including full reimbursement for all lost, stolen, or damaged rented equipment. You understand that this Waiver and Release applies to all Goods purchases made through the use of the Services, and to the Services themselves. You accept for use the Goods identified on your Order. You accept full responsibility for the care and use of the Goods and the Goods will be used only in a manner consistent with its intended purpose, within its inherent limitations, in accordance with all applicable laws. Further, you will be in direct contact with chickens and/or quail, or ducks, including their eggs. You understand that, as with most animals, they may react in an unpredictable way to sounds, sudden movements, or other animals that could result in injuries to people. You waive all claims for damages, injuries, and death sustained to you or property, that you may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity.
You agree:
- To use Goods in accordance with its intended use
- To not alter or substitute any parts on the Goods without prior consent from the Company
- To adhere to all instructions for egg and chick handling as outlined on the Service including sanitizing/washing of hands thoroughly before and after any handling of the equipment, eggs, or chicks (in the manner recommended by the CDC)
- No eating, drinking, or any other āhand to mouthā activities while interacting with the Goods, eggs, or chicks
- By agreeing to this document, you approve of the current functioning condition of all rented equipment
- No Vet Policy, We will not cover any vet bills and we assume you don’t want to have a extra expense either. Most vets are trained for pets, not livestock such as chicken or quail. We can help you in any scenario, and keep in mind that hatching is a natural process, and not all chicks will make it.
