Vendor Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to Undique LLC’s RentaHatch.com vendor program.
By signing up as a vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
- Company: Undique LLC, located at 26 Blossom Drive, Basking Ridge, New Jersey, 07920 DOB as RentaHatch.com
- Vendor: The individual or entity participating in the RentaHatch.com program.
- Goods: The rental kits and other items offered for sale/rent on the Service.
- Orders: Requests by customers to purchase Goods or Rent from the Vendor.
- Service: The website and associated services provided by RentaHatch / UndiqueLCC and the Vendor
- Website: Accessible from www.rentahatch.com
- Customer: The individual or entity purchasing or renting Goods from the Vendor.
General Terms
Vendor Obligations
- Vendors must provide a picture of each rental kit. This picture will be used in the image gallery of their product on the Website since setups can vary we want to show the customer exactly what they get, it also helps you to have a checklist in regards of the return of the set, to check if it was returned with all items.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining the quality and availability of their rental kits. If kits get damaged, replacement parts are needed, etc. you need to document via picture any broken items, so we can charge the customer for the replacement cost.
- You need to ensure you promptly respond to customer and RentaHatch messages sent to you either via email or text message. (optional Whatsapp)
- The vendor agrees to take back chicks, female, male or male only only at customers request at no extra charge. For Quail we have a buy back program we are happy to enrol you at no extra charge.
- You are responsible to coordinate pickup and return of the rental kits. Customer service during the rental period will be provided by RentaHatch, unless a intervention at the Location is necessary.
Payments and Fees
- Vendors will receive payments for their rentals after the deduction of applicable fees and commissions. You can request these payouts in the vendor dashboard after a rental is completed (kit returned) you set the rental order on Complete and the funds can be requested and transferred within 5 business days to your prefered account. (Bank account or Venmo)
- If a chargeback occurs from a customer, a $40 processing fee applies to the Vendor’s account and will be deducted from the next payment.
This usually should not happen, unless there is a dispute with the customer. - If a refund needs to be issued, a 5% fee applies on the original purchase price of the order and will be deducted from the Vendor’s account, unless the customer is responsible for the refund, RentAHatch will determine this based on facts provided from all parties.

Commissions
- The commission rate applicable to the Vendor’s sales will be determined based on the subscription package selected by the Vendor.
It is subject to change if this should be necessary and RentAHatch needs to give the Vendor a 30 days written notice.
Suspension and Termination
- Rentahatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Vendor’s account if these terms and conditions are violated.
- Vendors may also be suspended or terminated for fraudulent activities or excessive chargebacks. RentaHatch has the right to refuse service to any party for any reason.
Use of the Service
- Vendors must use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Vendors must not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Customer Support
- RentaHatch will provide customer support via email, text, and WhatsApp messaging. Vendors are expected to cooperate with RentaHtach customer support team to resolve any issues. For Vendor Communication we also use a Application called Slack, which will be made available to the vendor free of charge.
